1. I have heard that tea contains caffeine. Is that true?
All black and green teas contain caffeine, approximately 30mg per cup. All Rooibos blends and Camomile blend does not contain caffeine.

2. Does regular tea contain any additional substances?
No. Tea is a 100% natural product. To regular tea, there are no substances added. To Earl Grey tea and to fruit tea we have added fruit aromas. Tea with cinnamon contains real bits cinnamon.

Normally brewed, without sugar or milk, tea contains no calories. This applies to fruit flavoured teas as well.

4. Does tea contain tannic acid?
No. Drinking tea sometimes causes a dry feeling in the mouth. This is caused by the flavonoids in tea. It is often heard that tannic acids are responsible for the dry feeling. However, tea does not contain any tannic acid at all.

6. Is it smart to drink tea right before going to bed?
Caffeine has a mildly stimulating effect. However, most people can easily drink a cup of tea before going to bed. If you are sensitive to caffeine, we advice you not to drink tea in the evening. 10. Does tea cause a change of colour of the teeth?
